TuneGauge™ is an AI-powered song critique and rating service ("we," "us," or "TuneGauge"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
By accessing or using TuneGauge™, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
TuneGauge™ analyzes submitted audio recordings and/or lyrics using artificial intelligence to generate a structured written critique and numeric rating (the "TuneGauge™ Rating"). Critiques are generated in real-time and are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
You must provide a valid email address to use the service. Each email address is entitled to one free critique per song. Subsequent critiques or additional tiers (Full Report, Pro Report) may require payment. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
Uploaded audio files and submitted lyrics are analyzed in real-time and are immediately and permanently deleted after processing. We do not store, retain, share, or use your audio files or lyrics for any purpose beyond generating your critique. Only the written critique text and rating are retained.
Your music: You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the music and content you submit. TuneGauge™ makes no claim to ownership of your audio recordings or lyrics.
Our content: TuneGauge™ retains all rights to the written critique text and the TuneGauge™ Rating generated from your submission. You may share your results as described in Section 7.
Each critique generates a unique, publicly accessible results page that you may share freely. Your results page displays your song title, artist name, TuneGauge™ Rating, and critique report. If you wish to restrict access to your results, do not share the link. To request removal of your results page, contact us at support@tunegauge.com.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. No refunds are issued once a critique has been delivered, as the product is an instant digital delivery. If you believe there is an error in your critique, please contact us and we will review it.
TuneGauge™ critiques and ratings are AI-generated and are intended for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional music production advice, legal counsel, or other expert services. All ratings are subjective AI assessments and do not guarantee commercial success, chart performance, or any particular outcome.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any critique or rating. You use the service at your own discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TuneGauge™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of TuneGauge™ after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
